RETURN OR NOT RETURN - THAT IS THE QUESTION

***CONFUSION***

I have a customer that requested a REFUND for a book.  They spoke to one of Amazons representative, who according to the customer referred them to my book.  So now the customer wants to return the book because it is not what they wanted.  Which I have no problem returning.

I am using Amazon’s new RETURN SYSTEM, I printed out all the instructions…  I set the return address…. Went back to Manage Order-Returns-Put in order # for the book and nothing is populating, No information regarding the book is coming up.

So my question is how do I return the money to the customer and send the return label to the customer so I can get my book back..

I really need help with this now…

The customer needs to go into their order history and open a return for the order because sellers are not able to open a return.

Thank you for visiting the seller forums. I understand you sold a book and now the buyer wants to return it for a refund. As noted by another seller, before anything else happens, the buyer must go the the order in their Amazon retail account. From there, the buyer will request a return for refund. I hope this helps.
