FDA certification and Amazon

Would like to know more info about this topic.
1. How I will prove to Amazon that I have a FDA? Will Amazon ask me a screenshot from accessdata.fda.gov?
2. Do you want proof for the manufacture FDA or you will need also a reseller FDA code?
3. What about bar codes? Can I use a manufacture UDI bar code on the package instead of the Amazons NSFKU barcode? Is it acceptable? UDI is like manufacture barcode.
