My Amazon FBA Order has been in Pending status for almost 43 days: I Need Help and Support.

Hello friends,

My problem is related to an order that has been pending in Pendig since March 22nd.

I sent only 3 units of stock as FBA for a list, and all 3 units were sold as one order. The order was placed on March 22nd and has been pending ever since.

In the response given to my first case opened to Amazon Support, I was told that one of the 3 units was damaged and that the customer was notified, but no action had been taken by the customer yet, so the order was being held. They said that if I send product to restock, the order can be completed, but if I don't send product, it may take up to 48 hours to take action on the order if I inform them, and I need to wait for that time. Then the case was closed.

After a long time passed, I felt the need to open another case because the order is still pending. The support team that received this case told me that they definitely do not have the authority to cancel the order because they do not have any control over FBA orders. However, even though I conveyed that I did not request a cancellation and that the order has been pending for 45 days without any change, they replied like an automated response, saying that they do not have any authority to interfere with FBA orders and they are sorry for this.

This situation is really frustrating. Before the cost loss, seeing the order pending is really annoying. Dear friends who deal with Amazon and Amazon officials, please support me in this matter. What can I do for this order? I have uploaded pictures related to the order below.
