Priority Mail Shipping

I know that I can have a standard flat rate shipping option set up for customers when using USPS First Class Mail. Can I have a Priority Mail option for my customers and have it be a flat rate that I define as well? For example, I have all packages with a $5.95 shipping fee. Can I offer a Priority Mail option for $10.95 regardless of the size of the order?

Not sure I understand what you are asking. (And there is no more First Class package service)

Assuming you are on the professional account, which you must be to set shipping prices -- the standard shipping is mandatory.

Offering Expedited is not mandatory.

Buyers do not choose a service or carrier, they only choose whatever shipping options you present them with (Standard and possibly Expedited).

You may have a number of different shipping templates. If you offer Expedited, it does not have to be the same price for everything you sell.

First, regarding expedited shipping: "All individual sellers are required to offer Domestic Standard shipping; you may also elect to include priority Domestic Expedited shipping. U.S. domestic orders must be shipped to all addresses with U.S. postal codes, including street addresses and P.O. Boxes, addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. protectorates, as well as APO and FPO addresses."
