Did the former employee leave and start their own company selling the same stuff on Amazon? Was the former employee's email or phone used as login 2FA for Amazon? Does the former employee bank at the same place you bank? Or did they have signing authority on your account?

Can Anyone look into my case. Account is deactivated since 13th June 2024. Funds are in reserved status.
Submitted documents include service agreement , bank statement showing salaries transfer in 2022, termination letter and acceptance of termination letter .
Amazon keep sending same email that we do not have enough information at this moment to activate your account.

Hello @Seller_OHhKE1TWHFDsU
Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
Per our code of conduct - multiple account policy, even if you hired them in 2022 this only establishes a connection to the employee, even if the account was deactivated 2 years later, if they owned or recently created an account that was deactivated, if they are still associated to your store, you would be eligible for deactivation in association with them.
- You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
I have followed up with the appropriate review teams who at this time has confirmed the current information being provided is not viable to reactivate the account as it does not address the current association with this other store. They do not provide any other information that you will need additional proof that you have not had any association with this individual or account since their termination. They have advised without these documents, the account will remain deactivated unless the associated store is reinstated.
Due to the situation, I want to inquire if you have any communication with this individual to attempt ensure their store is reinstated, as this may be the only available path at this time.

Hello @Seller_OHhKE1TWHFDsU,
Thank you for following up on the situation.
As you mentioned your former employee did not maintain their invoices and is unable to reactivate their account. If the former employee is not able to reactivate their account, and the documentation provided does not support a valid separation to be accepted, the account may not be eligible for reactivation. If you identify more documentation that helps support the separation, the dispute path will still remain in the account health page.
