repeat customers

We get a lot of repeat customers - at our website they are 40% of our orders. Here on Amazon I can see a customer has made prior puchases, but this is only if I click through and manual check orders 1 by 1.

Is there a "repeat customer" report? I'd like to know how many repeat customers we have.

I don't think that such a report exists; Amazon considers buyer's to be AMAZON'S customers*, not yours, and even deletes data from your view after a short time.

*(until there is a problem; then it's YOUR customer that you have to make happy).

I use Amazon buy shipping services, and order always displays a link for that customers previous orders.

The information provided by the other sellers is correct. There is no report, but as @Seller_N1gTSljSnOAA4added, there is a link to previous orders found when you look at the specific order in Seller Central. Because we don't have unlimited retention, you would need to set up a manual system if you want a complete record.

If you have access to Brand Registry click Brand Analytics then Customer Loyalty Analytics to see a summary of Repeat Customers.

If you are an Amazon brand owner, go to the menu, click on Brands, click on Brands Analytics, click on Customer Behavior Analytics, and click on Repeat Purchase Behavior.

I see that you have received additional suggestions that may allow you to use the Seller Central functionality to get you closer to counting your repeat customers.

I have always maintained that sellers helping sellers is the real power of this forum.
