ASIN B08QSKJ74H Blocked – No Resolution Despite Compliance Confirmation
One of our ASINs (B08QSKJ74H) has been blocked due to a compliance concern, and we were advised to contact the Food Compliance team for clarification and rectification.
We immediately contacted the Food Compliance team, addressed the issue, and after review, the team confirmed that there are no compliance errors on our end. They also informed us that the ASIN reactivation process has been reinitiated from their side.
However, despite multiple follow-ups with Amazon support, we have not received any proper resolution, and the ASIN remains blocked without a clear reason. Each case opened leads to a generic or unhelpful response, with no actionable feedback or escalation.
We have been selling this product on Amazon for years without issue, and it is fully compliant with FSSAI regulations. The continued listing block is causing serious disruption to our business.
We request urgent help from Amazon Support or any Seller who has faced a similar issue. If anyone has a resolution path or a contact that helped, please share.

i think you missed to check the account health or performance notifcation you must have received before the blocking of the ASIN. (Check it every day )
Amazon neveblocks any listing unless untill they send you a prior notifcation and gives you time to respond to the same. Check all the guidelines for selling of the product category and make a check list , check all of the required field one by one, write to the concerned team and submit the amazon checklist you have fulfilled. I hope then the ASIN may be unblocked.
Regarding selling on amazon for years - it is not a guarantee that the asin will not be blocked or account will not be suspended. I am here since 15 years and still i have to respond to the notification. Its ok -amazon too have to fulfill the guidelines set up by the Government and the policies keep changing, amazon has to fulfill all the guidelines set by the Government , after all it is the amazon who is answerable on behalf of sellers . So keep cool and ask them by calling or read the guidelines and get your listing unblocked.
Also I would suggest you to create two listings for every asin so that the sale is not hampered in case such incidence occurs.
