Evidence that shows your account complies with the Seller Code of Conduct policies
@Emet_Amazon
We did sell on Amazon USA 2 years as private label, registered account on Amazon Au. 2 Asins automatically copied with BIL under brand name Rebel Tattoos ( our private label on Amazon USA, CA, MX)
We are also registered as global seller and never suspect we can banned on other MP due to Business Register issue.
We applied multiple time to catalogue authorisation and got deactivated after 16 hours after SIV procedure approved.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because we observed that you or someone acting on your behalf has requested changes to add a brand name that you do not own or have access to for a product we have deemed to be a generic product.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, submit:
-- Third-party termination of services documentation, if a third party was responsible for the requests.
-- Proof of education or training if you were unaware of the changes being a policy violation.
-- Brand registry document, if you are the brand owner.
-- Brand authorization letter, if you are an authorized brand representative.
-- Proof of inventory from an authorized supplier of goods.
To address the generic product request issues, acceptable documents include:
-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, and website.
-- Product name of applicable ASINs visible on the documents.
-- A visible issue date, dated in the last 365 days.
-- File formats are .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files.
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please send the following:
-- How your account has not violated the Seller Code of Conduct policies.
-- Evidence that shows your account complies with the Seller Code of Conduct policies.
If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.
WE DID PROCEED WITH ALL POSSIBLE DOCUMENTS SCREENSHOTS, PROVES
WE DONT HAVE BRAND REGISTRY AS WE DIDNT GET CERTIFICATE YET, JUST RECENTLY APPLIED
ANY SUGGESTION WHAT ELSE WE CAN PROVIDE AS EVIDENCE?

It seems to me Amazon explains you exactly what you have to do and I didn't spend my time to read what they are asking for. I have just a general observation in case other people read this thread.
You did violate the policy in listing your BRANDED product as "Generic". We see this a thousand times without issue or consequences for those uncorrect sellers. BUT - as soon as they want to change something or add a marketplace or do some other changes: the system detects it and the punishment is coming immediately.
Obviously you listed your brand as generic:
Unfortunately your case is very complicated and I don't know if you can "repare" it. Maybe you should take the help of a professional Amazon Agency.
