Urgent Help Needed: Section 3 Violation with No Explanation or Activity on My Account
Hi all,
I'm reaching out for advice and support regarding an extremely frustrating situation. I received a notice that my account has violated Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. However, my account hasn’t even listed any products yet, and I’ve had no sales activity at all.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Seller Support for clarification, I haven't received any response or explanation as to what might have triggered this violation. Without any activity on my account, it’s unclear how my account could have engaged in any behavior that could jeopardize Amazon customers, sellers, or their interests.
I can express enough my frustration with this lack of response. As I mentioned before, I have not yet listed any products on the Amazon platform, and thus, there is no way my account could have engaged in any activity that would violate Section 3 its been 60 days without respond.

This is causing delays in my business, and the lack of communication from Seller Support has been incredibly frustrating. I’m looking to resolve this urgently, but I feel stuck without any real direction or explanation from Amazon.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you resolve it, or what steps can I take to get this addressed quickly? I would really appreciate any insights or guidance!
Thanks in advance for your help.

Post the actual notice that you received (redact personal info). Without that, no one can offer meaningful advice.
