Does Amazon automatically send review request to buyers after transaction?
I wonder if Amazon actually sends out message to buyers asking for review (feedback) to seller? I searched online and some posts says Amazon does. I bought many items from Amazon myself and don't remember when was the last time I was asked for a review, so I doubt if it does.
As you may have known, there's a "Review Request" button in Seller Central to request review from buyer. There are some third-party services out there that offer to automate this process for you. I am using one of these services but wonder if it's worth anything. If Amazon does send this request itself, should I need this service at all?

Tatiana from Amazon here. I can't speak to the third-party service that may automate this process for you, but I can say that our system does typically send out this request after delivery of an order is complete. The typical subject line of the email may say, "Did your recent Amazon order meet your expectations? Review it on Amazon."
I personally just received one a few days ago on a small handheld vacuum I purchased from a seller.
