Why not send a message that the sellers wont be affected with low VTR scores while you deal with this issue.
Put the sellers at ease or would you rather have that guy who leaked out the VTR account suspension issues to the Financial Post when VTR was not working at the beginning of its implementation does it again and embarrasses Amazon across Canada once more.

I bring this up every day with seller support but they keep closing my case.
I also brought this to the attention of the jeff email executive seller relations team and they couldn't care less.
