How do you ship Hazmat via FBM
I shipped a hazardous material item that requires declaration. When I attempted to find the option via Amazon, there wasn't one available. I checked with Veeqo, and they advised that they do not have that feature. The only option available was Pirate Ship, which provides a service where labels will be marked Hazmat.
Here is my issue:
The order was refunded after successful delivery. I did not receive any return authorization email or any return label notification. From my understanding, Hazmat items are not returnable. I opened a case, and they advised me to file a Safe-T claim. I obliged as instructed. Then I received the following message:
"We have denied your reimbursement request for the order.
Why is this happening?
You did not use the Buy Shipping Services to ship the item."
How can I prevent this from happening again in the future, as the customer received a free item?
