UPS Insurance - Buy Shipping
I feel like this should be a simple look up, but I can not find a link or directions on how to process a UPS claim.
I merchant fulfilled an item through Buy Shipping via UPS and I need to file a claim for reimbursement.
What are the steps to do this?
There is a link next to order number for UPS insured but it is an invalid help link.

You’ll have to reach out to UPS directly as indicated here:
Contact UPS
To locate your nearest UPS drop off location, or to track a package go to UPS.com. For special needs such as scheduling a pick up, inquiring about weekend services, and filing claims of loss or damage call UPS directly at 1-800-711-5914.

UPS states you are covered, but really are not because you cannot make a claim with UPS as a 3rd party seller any more. If you want to be covered with your UPS shipments, you must dump Amazon UPS shipping and use your own UPS shipping account.
