Amazon FBA showing extremely delayed delivery date to customers
Since 14th December, my product listing started showing 27th December to 2 January based on different zip codes, and a red badge saying "Arrives after Christmas". And my sales decreased by 70% instantly.
This insanely delayed delivery date is driving me crazy, as I'm losing huge sales. I ran aggressive PPC and external marketing to drive the sales and due to the delivery window, I'm not getting much sales.
Just until the first hours of 14th December, the expected delivery date was showing 20th December, which I was happy about.
What should I do? I don't use FBA expecting such delayed deliveries! And I tried contacting live chat support, and the rep doesn't even understand the issue. This 70% reduction is sales is driving me crazy.

if you have the option, you can ship FBM.
Amazon's inventory of your product may be moving around the country, or the FC's that have them can't ship them, or there is no inventory close enough for Amazon to ship cheaply----
You won't change anything, and you won't get an actual answer, but you are more than welcome to contact Amazon through any and all channels....

Hi @Seller_QQYC1UiVibqcb, I'd like to take a look at the case(s) and see if there is anything I can glean or escalate if needed; would you mind sharing the case number?
