Is anyone else seeing "Something went wrong. Please try again later" error message when creating LTL FBA Shipments?

We can create Small Parcel Delivery shipments but cannot create LTL shipments.

I have this same issue. I've had a case open with support for two days. They told me to delete my workflow and create a new one. I did that but still have the issue. Reopened my case with support

Just an update. After messing around to find a fix, I changed my freight ready date to the pick up date shown in Step 2: Confirmed shipping and was able to get past the error. Weird but worked.

Yes, every time I have created an LTL shipment for months. I typically leave it for a day, then click around, changing the numbers slightly, and eventually it goes through. Such a pain though, I used to be able to create an order in under an hour, now it takes a full day of effort.

I finally found a solution. The page needs to be refreshed and I do that by doing the following:

I edit the entry name of the "Current Workflow" to something else

Under Step 5: Print Pallet Labels

  • I changed my Freight Ready Date to an earlier date. The Confirm LTL carrier cost button will refresh then when it stops refreshing, I changed it back to my intended pick-up date. After that, I click Confirm Carrier button.

We are receiving the same error message "Something went wrong. Please try again later." This is a large shipping plan and Seller Support is really dragging their feet. we have cleared cache, tried from different browsers, gone through all different steps that they provided and nothing is working. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks.

I would create a new workflow but we already have all of our boxes labeled and pallets created...just waiting on the pallet labels but this is the hold up from getting those.

I had this same issue and then looked at the "Freight Ready Date" and the date I had initially put for pickup was not available (too soon). I changed it to a few days later and everything worked. Hopefully this helps a few poeple.
