Customs clearance delay for domestic LTL shipment.
Our shipment going from OR to TN has some really weird scans, and even says it has a customs delay. Why is there a customs delay for a US to US shipment? Has anyone had this problem? It's been weeks with no update.

I have the same issue from time to time. It doesnt seem to translate into an actual delay. It was explained to me that inbound FTL/LTL are put into batches and some of the shipments in a batch need customs so my shipment gets a cutom scan as a result.
