Account Blocked Without Explanation
I'm writing to express my concern regarding the recent suspension of my Amazon account. Despite my compliance with all platform policies and submission of requested documentation, my account remains blocked without a clear and concise explanation.
The customer service experience has been unsatisfactory to say the least, as I haven't received any proper justification for this action.
I would appreciate if someone can connect me with the account review team or a representative I can speak with directly to resolve this matter promptly.

I do see that our partner team has reviewed your reactivation appeals multiple and and provided their decision on June 24th, 2024. You can review the e-mail and your performance notifications for more details.
However at this time we won't be able to restore your account.

If you were suspended, they told you why.
Your remaining option is arbitration with Amazon. You can find this in section 18 of the Amazon BSA.
