Request Payment button not working

My Request Payment button has not been working since last Thursday. Still getting orders and my reserves are going up just can't request payments. Anyone else having this issue?

Request Payment button not working

Yes! I even signed up for "expess" payment LOL, verified as a seller again. My case log has been open for six days. 14 calls, three hours and 52 minutes.

like Amazon, I'll let you know when I have an answer.

YES! Right here...NOBODY IS ANSWERING ME. It is ridiculous. My account is in good standing and I spoke to health support as well as seller support!!! No answers. Why???
