Premium A+ Content approved for an ASIN in Seller Central, but not Vendor Central.
We have been selling a large range of computer mice in our USA seller central account, and recently we were granted full access to Premium A+ Content. But one ASIN was originally created in our Vendor Central Account, which we haven't used for many many years, and so it is deemed ineligible for Premium A+ Content.
So I reached out to Vendor Central and asked them to grant this ASIN Premium A+ Content as its been approved for it in our Seller Central account......but they denied our request.
How can we be selling a product on Seller Central for many many years, get all our products approved for Premium A+ Content, but have it denied by our inactive Vendor Central account?
It doesn't make any sense.
Can I delete our Vendor Central account, or request they mCentralake the Seller Central account the main contributor to the ASIN?
What choices do we have?
The most annoying part is that the ASIN was granted Premium A+ Content in our Japanese and Australian Seller accounts.

Hello @Seller_Z43KUlbm4NcZX,
Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you want to put Premium A+ on your listing. Do you have a case with Seller Support that I can take a look at? Unfortunately, I don't have access to anything on the Vendor Central side, so I can't tell you what their policy is there, but would be happy to see if there is anything we can do.
Regards,
Michelle
