Please help me solve case ID 1437305753.
I cannot create a European account through Sell globally because instead of filling out the data, a country selection opens.
Support is sending me to create a new account using a different email address.

Is the 3rd image what you receive when you "Select a Merchant and Marketplace" = United States?
If so, are you sure you are logged into the Primary User/Email account?

If you are already selling on any of our Amazon marketplaces, visit the sell globally dashboard to register and start selling on another marketplace. After creating your global selling account, you can link your accounts across multiple regions, manage offers across marketplaces using the Build International Listings tool, ship internationally, and customize your selling plan.
