It is truly awful that you are taking the side of the customer who is very clearly committing fraud by filing a false claim. We presented very clear evidence that the order was delivered and that the customer received the product in the time that was promised. Furthermore, IF the customer did not receive the product, it would make sense for them to request the product be re-sent to them, instead, they are asking for money back. If you are going to support fraudsters then we cannot in good conscious continue to do business with Amazon, and we will close our seller account. We hope that you see the clear evidence that we are in the right and the customer is committing fraud against us and you.
Hoping to hear from you, and receive money back to our account, as a reasonable outcome of this claim given the evidence.

So, you provided the signature confirmation of delivery that the product received into the customer's hands?
