The Amazon customer service team asked me to claim compensation from my carrier, but my carrier needed to take photos or video proof. How do I go to Amazon to request a photo/video/document to prove that my product is damaged?

The puzzling thing is,

If our products are DAMAGED by the carrier or by the DISTRIBUTOR, then why is there still a DISTRIBUTOR DAMAGED on 03/04/2024? (Inventory classification bill is shown)

This product has not been discarded and I hope the Amazon team will investigate.

Hello @Seller_WerDPpHTUjqAL, have you opened a case with Seller Support requesting those photos? You can also create a removal order to have the product sent back to you.
