Amazon does not allow me to update the product I added
Hello,
Different sellers started selling the 2 products I sold on Amazon. I applied for a trademark in the USA 2 months ago. No one uses the brand except me. There are 2-3 different Chinese sellers trying to sell my product. I had to register transparency program to protect my products. I started my registration process. (My brand is registered in Germany)
I think I can block these sellers after this process.
But the problem is very different. The 2 products I sold were my best selling products.
A Trademark infringement notice has been sent for two words found on these two products.
Violation of the submitted trademark is a trademark that was applied for 2 weeks ago. These two products have been removed. They told me that I should delete the brand in the product name and description.
I updated the product name and description. But old information does not change. The old title and description still appear.
I reported the situation to Amazon support team. "They stated that different vendors have the authority to update the product. An update request was sent to them, and if they accept, the update will be provided."

Very strange. I create the product and add it. I am create the pictures and all the descriptions. Although my trademark registration process continues in the USA, others can sell my product under my brand.
I don't understand why this is allowed. My brand is registered in Türkiye - Germany. The process ends this month in England. In the USA, there is no one other than me who has registered for this brand.
The other thing I don't understand is that I cannot protect my trademark, which I applied for 2 months ago. However, a trademark application 2 weeks ago causes my products to be removed.
How is this possible?
I am the only authorized seller on the Amazon brand registration screen. How can someone else make sales using my brand? How The product I created may have the right to update.
I'm waiting for your help. I don't understand anything about the process.
