I can not get an appointment for video verification call
Good morning,
I have had my account deactivated for three months since it seems that I have to go through an identity verification video call. I have chosen three dates with three different times with the qualtrix system about 8 times, the first two times it worked, but when I had the video call, I was rejected from the meeting for no apparent reason.
After those two times, it has never worked again, I no longer receive any message to performance or email with the date and time for the video call. I don't know what to do anymore, I have tried in every way to find out what is happening.
I have an account in the United States and Europe and both are deactivated. I have not started selling nor do I have active listings, my account has a health of 200 and all documents are delivered and accepted.
Please, can you tell me what you need, and if it is really the video call, can you supervise why it is impossible for me to have an appointment?

Thank you for the information provided regarding your attempt to complete the verification. I understand that when attempting to complete the verification, you were unable to join the meeting. Additionally, you mention the schedule link no longer allowing you to sign up.
Would you be able to provide a screenshot that includes a time stamp of the current window that you receive upon attempting to sign up? Any other details that you have in regard to this should be provided as well.
