Hi Amazon Team,

Is there any point in posting our concerns on your Seller Forum?

Because I see that almost none of major concerns are addressed by forum moderators. Maximum effort taken by moderators are to copy-paste standard blurb with no empathy or solution.

Secondly, it also seems like that this forum is just one way communication from Amazon regarding their program updates, but not continued the conversation if any concern raised regarding that program.

I have personally written over announcements with my concerns, over similar concerns already raised by fellow seller and written my own posts asking some clarification.

I had a feeling that forum moderators may help me guide to look at problems which are not being resolved by Seller Support, but it just seems a waste of time after all above my experience on Amazon Seller Forums.

Now, it seems like I will have to raise my genuine concerns with my entire case on open social forums.

Still hoping for a TWO-WAY communication with the platform which boasts itself as ‘FAIR MARKETPLACE’ which can collaborate with small innovators/creators of India, Which seems like a baseless promotion.
