Amazon Don't Follow-Up on My Case – Still No Response

I am reaching out to see if anyone has faced a similar issue and found a way to resolve it. I have been dealing with a major problem with my shipments since September 2024, and despite multiple cases and contacts with Amazon Seller Support, I have received no resolution.

My shipment has been stuck, and my products have never been received. I have opened numerous cases, yet each time I get the same response: "We have escalated this to the concerned team, and they will respond within 24 hours." However, no one ever follows up. This has happened repeatedly, and my case is simply left unanswered.

I understand that the FBA support agents can only assist up to a certain point before referring the case to another department that only communicates via email. However, even after multiple escalations, I have never received a single response from them.

I have also inquired about a refund for my missing products, but again, I am left waiting with no real answers. Every time I reach out, the estimated resolution date gets pushed back further, making this situation even more frustrating.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and transparency in handling this issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar? What steps can I take to get a real response from Amazon?
