A list of phone numbers to call actual knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives that REALLY understand the needs of the small sellers (YOUR suppliers). Report showing how to eliminate fraudulant customer reviews and A-Z Claims is maybe going a little too far.

Combined HST (VAT) taxes for Amazon-fees broken down by which type of state tax. It's a pain to get this info right now.

1 - Show the Amazon referral fees we are charged on the orders report
2 - Separate HST / QST collected on the payment summary page for each disbursement period.
3 - Show whether a refund is issued by Amazon or the seller
4 - Show the refund reason (currently only available in the refund email)

That's why they need different tiers of sellers.
Sellers that have a proven track record of following the rules and operating a real business should not have to deal with first or even 2nd level seller support.

Without any doubt for me, Amazon needs to simplify the way sellers can make claims for unreturned items past 45 days or even damaged items by FBA that were not reimbursed to the seller.
At the moment, we need to download 3 FBA reports and make time-consuming verifications or use an external software to accelerate the process.
Amazon should have an available report for unreturned or FBA damaged items. The report should clearly indicate : 1) if item was returned 2) the age of the return 3) orders 45 days or past should be marked as eligible for claim.
Amazon should NOT make things complicated for sellers when it comes to claims for unreturned items. If they want to accomodate customers and allow early refunds, it should not be at the expense and trouble of sellers.
Providing the correct tools is critical because it is a headache especially for new sellers that are most of the time unaware that claims are necessary to get your money back. Then again, I don't have too much hope because that would basically make Amazon lose money by increasing the amount of claims for unreturned items. Most of the time, it falls undetected by novice sellers.

There should be a report available indicating just how many buyers are flagged as fraudulent by Amazon in a given month. We don't need to know names of course but I for one would like numbers on exactly how many times Amazon actually takes action against buyers abusing sellers
