Never got the New Seller Incentives- $50.00 promotion
I see that I am not the only that is having this issue on the forum. I been trying to contact Amazon about the new seller incentives. Per theirs policy, once you list an sponsored product within 3 months, I should be able to get a $50.00 seller credit in sponsored ads. I listed my product in the middle of October and tried reaching out to support. The crazy thing is they keep asking to see a email for the promo code, and have no IDEAL what I am referring to. It was never on an email, it's in my seller central dashboard, on the FAQ page, AND on the sign up page for seller central. I snapshot this for them and they still ask me for the promo code. *Sighs* At this point I am not sure what to do, has anyone any received theirs incentives?

Do you happen to have the case #'s that you've opened with Seller Support on this? Additionally, if you have screen shots to provide you can provide them here as well.
I see you mentioned you started the campaign in middle of October, is that correct? The credits can take up to 2 weeks for the credits to be applied after you complete the required eligibility steps.

They have verified that you are correctly awarded with the $50 incentives. This can be found on your New Seller Incentives Dashboard.
