Amazon Hijackers... Please Help!!
Hello! I have one listing on Amazon and the listing was originally brand approved but not brand registered. I was doing fine selling for about 8 months until one, then two, then three, four, and even at some point five hijackers attached themselves to my listing. It is not possible they are selling my branded product as they are selling for about half of the lowest price I've ever sold my product for and I have never sold wholesale in any market.
I spoke with a rep from seller central and they told me that once I became Brand Registered and had a pending trademark (not APPROVED trademark) that I would be able to remove these sellers from my listing easily. I spent a decent chunk of change to work with IP Accelerator and got brand registered. Now I'm being told by Amazon that I cannot remove these hijackers without test buys even with Brand Registry.
These hijackers all have ship dates that are 1-2 months away and I can't wait that long while my inventory sits/ages at Amazon. Not to mention, I can't imagine the reviews that will start rolling in as the "delivery dates" near for those who bought these fake offers.
I am truly not sure what to do as it seems Amazon has no problem with allowing these hijackers to do this to my listing as well as about 20+ other listings per seller. They seem to be using the same exact strategy for all of the listings they're attacking and I can't figure out their end game since it's not possible they actually have my product. Even if I remove these sellers, will more just keep coming or does being Brand Registered prevent further hijackers? Please help! Thank you so much!

Same situation with our Brand. We did test buys which took weeks to arrive. By the time we had the counterfeits in hand the sellers were no longer on our hijacked listing, as they change daily. None of our reporting efforts over the past 4 months have resulted in Amazon removing the hijackers. Using our IP attorney or hiring referred Amazon experts has not helped either. More wasted time & money. While the hijackers continue to sell over 400 units per month, customers are lured by their pricing of 75% off and then buyers are leaving negative reviews😡
Brand Registry case id# 15062096441. Our reporting against the hijackers shipping counterfeits was denied, again. This was their response at the end of the email:
"We are well aware that informing you this will cause you a sense of dissatisfaction with the support team. Having said that, our guidelines are aimed at protecting buyer experience, and we are sure you can also understand the intention. We appreciate your patience and coordination in this regard."
Our trademark is still pending as it takes 12 - 18 months for approval. Until a trademark is approved there are no mechanisms in place to help brand registered owners with a patented product.stop hijackers.
Report online shopping fraud to the FTC! It's easy and necessary to create a report. They have an active case against Amazon for being a monopoly plus other cases regarding hijacking.

Hello @Seller_cmBrTHWUI1a29,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will do my best to assist with your issue you are having.
I reviewed your 2 submissions and I have 1 piece of blunt feedback that, coupled with the resources I will provide may lead you into some actions you can take.
When reporting a TM violation on the Product or packaging of the offers you have completed a test buy for, stick to only the facts and evidence of how the product or its packaging is violating your trademark.
Please review the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. It is long, but worth it as it discuses the different types of IP, what types of notices are not accepted and step by step instructions on filling out the how to report infringement (what to have in your complaint and what to keep out).
Since you did mention your TM is still pending and you cannot report the offer as counterfeit, you can (after completing a test buy) report abuse of Amazon policies via the Account Health Dashboard.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
