Major FBA Meltable Inventory Issue
We are currently facing a significant issue preventing us from sending our top ASINs to FBA. Over the past few months, several of our key ASINs were incorrectly flagged as meltable inventory. Despite providing all necessary documentation from our manufacturer proving the melting points of our products, Amazon support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. The system somehow flagged these ASINs, but we sell many other products with the similar formulas that do not have this issue. It’s been over four weeks, and while Amazon claims their "internal team" is investigating, there's been no progress. At this point, our FBA operations are at a standstill. If this continues, we may be forced to shut down our FBA program entirely. We need urgent assistance to resolve this matter.

I was checking the case ID 15925488571and I do see that indeed the team is working to have this issue resolved.
I know this waiting time may not be what you expected, however they are indeed working on this investigation.
