Need to refund a shipping label through Veeqo
I'm coming here because Veeqo is currently not allowing me to request help. The "chat with support" button doesn't work and clicking it does nothing.
I shipped out a package this morning and selected my service, put in the insurance, and when I closed the service selection the one I chose was showing. I "buy label" and it prints an entirely different service, by a different carrier, that was almost 40% more expensive than the one I selected.
@Veeqo_Aislingcould you or one of the other Veeqo mods help with this please?

The shipping label cannot be refunded through the order details page, nor can tracking be updated. I used an alternative shipping service to get the order shipped out today to the customer with the carrier I wanted, but that doesn't reflect on the order details page and can't until I get the current label removed. I get this error when I try to do it myself: This link has expired and the shipping label is no longer eligible for refund.

Issues with the chat button are usually related to a pop-up blocker in your browser. Please make sure you're not blocking pop-ups that would affect accessing this support channel.
