Customer commited theft and Amazon let it happen knowingly!
Customer refused the package and contacted with me and requested refund. I have responded as I will refund when I see package returning to sender information on the tracking. Customer opened a-to-z claim request and it is granted. Afterwards customer collected the package from fedex and now amazon rejects my appeal. Customer both have the item and funds. This is simply theft and amazon helped happening!
