Emergency help me please
Can anyone help me? As a new seller, I face a lot of difficulties, but I have spent most of my energy on asking Amazon to help me find the problem of unknown deductions. Since I started selling products, every deduction from Amazon in my US seller account is inconsistent with the actual deduction amount of my bank credit card. Moreover, there are 5 deductions from Amazon shown on my credit card, totaling more than one thousand US dollars, and there is no record in my seller account. It seems that the amount deducted from my credit card does not belong to my seller account, because they are completely inconsistent, while all the account information on the Canadian site is exactly the same. I started seeking help more than 40 days ago and have forwarded the application through customer service many times, but I have not received any response from the relevant team mentioned by the customer service. I am wondering if they respond to those transfer question.
