The way my product is ship to the customer

Can I pick the way amazon ships my product to the customer? The way my product is ship to the customer now is suing their bubble envelope and this is causing the boxes to arrived damaged. Is there a way I can ensure that my product is shipped inside an amazon' box?

You might try boxing each item before you send it to FBA, then taking advantage of the program that reduces FBA fees if the item ships in its retail packaging. That might offset some of most of the additional cost.

The best way would be to fulfill the orders yourself. Doing gives you control of how they are packaged for shipping. You may want to go to FBM if you are worried about protecting your product during shipping to customers.

FBM is always the proper answer to questions such as this.

Unfortunately, the workflow at Amazon FBA doesn't allow logic.

You must package your products so that they will survive not only being in the Warehouses but also, possibly having a sticker slapped on and shipped as is, or being put in a poly mailer or bubble mailer and being shipped. Or what about when they throw your item into a suitcase size box along with a 10 lb hammer or a case of paper and a single air pillow and then it gets tumbled out of the delivery truck.

I am thankful that my items I send to FBA are actually very functional packing material in and of themselves so my only real problem is that the poly bags I have to pack them in tend to inflate the size and I wind up paying higher FBA and storage fees than I really should be paying.
