Listing not searchable with exact search terms

I went through everything on my account over and over. For three months, I spoke to customer support at least once a day. My listing was inactive but no one knew why. My problem was escalated several times with an email response linking me to a page I had already verified. My account was suspended due to lack of activity. I had to confirm my information to get my account in good working order. I narrowed my search terms to where I was 1/88 in search results. Still can't find my listing. I recieve a message, "Internal failure, Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again." this has been going on for two weeks now.

I want to start a campain to free up money and reduce inventory. I need the ratings more than I need the money at this point. I need to advertise to get this off of my hands.

How can I do anything when all of the previous is going on. Where is Amazon support? I have left call back request and opening new cases with no luck. No response and no emails.
