How do you split shipping fulfillment when shipping multiple boxes?
We received an order that have five total boxes with the same sku number, but too large to be shipped in one box. How do we generate multiple shipping labels?

If you are talking about multiple items in one order you can just choose what you are shipping or quantity and buy label for that. Then for other.
If you are talking about a single item that takes more than one box (multi-volume set of books for example) -- Amazon provides no good way to deal with it.
If that is the case you must message the buyer before you buy any Amazon label (in fact, I think it better not to buy Amazon label for that) -- and let the buyer know how many boxes to expect and here's all the tracking numbers (if you use Amazon for the labels, you won't know that tracking at the time you compose the message).
And let the buyer know that sometimes the boxes are split up and may not all arrive on the same day.
