I want to change the return address to the warehouse that printify uses but i can't change anything. anyone know how to fix this?

First, contact Amazon Seller Support through Seller Central to explain:

  1. You're using Printify as your print-on-demand fulfillment service
  2. You need to update return addresses to match your Printify warehouse

Simultaneously, reach out to Printify support to:

  1. Confirm the correct warehouse return address
  2. Ask about their recommended process for Amazon returns

Seller Support should be able to help coordinate the proper solution if Printiy is not able to assist.

You can contact Amazon Seller Support by:

  1. Going to Seller Central
  2. Clicking "Help"
  3. Selecting "Get Help and resources"
  4. Choose "Returns" as your issue
