Need Help with Incorrect Carrier in FBA Shipment - Tracking ID Not Confirmed

I have a concerning issue with a recent FBA shipment I made. Approximately a week ago, I mistakenly selected DHL as the carrier when it should have been FedEx. This error occurred due to a misunderstanding with the supplier. I added the correct tracking number to the shipment plan.

The problem is that even though the package was delivered to the warehouse yesterday, the status in the shipment plan still shows "confirming tracking IDs," and the tracking ID has not been confirmed yet. Additionally, I am unable to edit the carrier information in the shipment plan.

I am quite worried about this situation, as I fear it may cause delays or other complications. Can anyone please advise on what steps I should take to rectify this issue and ensure the correct carrier is recognized for the shipment?

Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Since you didn't put the correct carrier, your tracking number is not correct. Each carrier has another tracking system. As you say, the carrier information canno be edited in the shipping plan. So, indead you have reason to

It WILL cause delays and complications. As long as your shipping label on the box as well as the FNSKUs on the products are correct, soon or late this shipment will be received and checked in for you. BUT - there will be some delay.

Also, I don't think that creating a case would speed up the process, this is all automated and handled by artificial intelligence.

Good afternoon @Seller_V9DcJUL22kSWo,

Thanks for posting a detailed description of the issue you're facing. As the previous commenter mentioned, this issue may cause a delay in the receiving process but it shouldn't altogether void your shipment. I wanted to check in to see what the current status is for this shipment? Additionally, I typically do recommend opening a Seller Support case in instances like this. Though it may not be resolved via that case, it helps to have a documentation trail in the event that the case needs to be escalated.
