How to stop Amazon from auto refund buyer for handmade personalized item?
Hello everyone, I need help!!!
Amazon automatic refunded buyer without asking or having my approval!!! and buyer can keep the item no need to return!!! What is going on???
I'm selling handmade personalized items with customer name on it. I can't accept auto return/refund from Amazon without knowing what is the issue or having a chance of communicating with customer to understand what is the problem. May I know:
- How to apply for excluding handmade product from auto return/refund by Amazon?
- How to set up that all returns need to get my authorization before refunding customer?
I don't want to spend many hours making the product then...buyer just one click, all my effort is gone...

Customized products are configured, personalized, or inscribed, such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. Items offered with customization options are ineligible for returns but still fall under the A-to-z guarantee.
I do suggest you read through the entire help section that I linked above. Basically, if you do not authorize a returnless refund, then the customer may file an A-to-z claim and may win the claim depending on the circumstances.
