Please help me activate the "Amazon Pay" sales privilege (see attachment for details), thank you very much

The Amazon Pay account has not been activated, resulting in account association and affecting the application for opening sales permissions for other international sites, which is not a qualified judgment. I have always believed that it is a system misjudgment that prevents my account from opening sales permissions at international sites.

Hello, respected Amazon customer service. My store has been open for sales on the North American site for six months (since March 2024). Currently, I have an account that has been in an unsellable state. Please refer to Attachment 4 for details. Attachment 1-3 shows the account information in the seller's backend settings. I would like to open Amazon Pay as a sellable state. Please help me solve this problem. Only by opening Amazon Pay sales permission can I open sales permissions on other international sites. I hope you can help me solve this problem. Currently, my store has very few sales orders and the business is struggling. I would like to open more international sites to sell products, hoping to bring profits to my store's operation. Thank you very much.

Every document submitted must match in name and address, and that must match the name and address on your Amazon account. No Debit cards, only a valid credit card issued by a bank is accepted.

It does appear you will need to complete the tax interview to gain full access to Amazon selling services, I would also recommend taking a read through your Performance Notifications and Account Health dashboard to address any opportunities needed to maintain a functioning seller account.
