QUANTITY TO SEND

Hi

I need help regarding quantity to send to Amazon. I am going to shipped 100 bottles to the Amazon but 50 will be shipped by air frieght and 50 by sea shipping. So in quantity unit should I write 100 o 50 to creat shipping label.

Also, in 2 boxes there will be different colours of bottles so I have to choose in packing details individual unit option.
