I have reason to believe this is a deliberate act, possibly stemming from a professional motive to discredit my product. Amazon has a zero-tolerance policy for fake reviews, yet my attempts to report this issue have yielded no results.
Being an honest merchant striving to enhance customer experience is incredibly challenging when individuals exploit fake reviews to tarnish your product, and Amazon fails to offer adequate assistance in such matters.
Currently, this five-star negative review is prominently displayed on the product page, significantly impacting other customers' perception of the product. Have any of you encountered a similar issue? How did you resolve it?
