Have a product "case-packed" in box from manufacturer....

I have inventory of a case-packed product, from manufacturer, but am not quite clear on how to send to Amazon FBA.

The case-pack has 12 units per box, and I have more than 6 boxes. The product is not individually boxed, or bagged, they are just stacked together ( bucket/basket type product). The product is not sold in a box, or bag, at retailers either.

1. Would Amazon accept the box as is or would i need to put each box inside of another box before shipping to FBA?

2. would it be acceptable to open each box and cover the UPC with a FNSKU before sending to Amazon?

and lastly..

3. If the case-pack is direct from manufacturer ( with a FNSKU over existing UPC), would Amazon still require each item to be in a poly bag?
