Missing more than 500 units from inbound

Hello,

A long time ago (Dec 6, 2022) we created a shipment for FBA for 1,750 units, then Amazon received just 1,078 units, so there are 672 units missing.

We created the following cases: 13449904131 and 15255125661 and here it is the issue. In the cases we received the following answers:

Upon investigation, we have found a weight discrepancy on your shipment:

* Shipping plan weight: 2490.916 lbs

* Carrier weight: 1600 lbs

* Difference: 890.916 lbs

Due to the weight discrepancy, we are unable to confirm that all of the expected items were shipped and cannot reconcile nor reimburse for the discrepancies you have asked us to investigate.

Our initial setup for the shipment (according also to the BOL and the Contents) was a Weight: of 1602 lb (3x pallets of 534lb each).

All the documentation was provided, including the packing slip, signed BOL, proof of delivery, amazon appointment, and anything required), and now, they are saying that the shipment plan weight was 2490 lbs and this is not true (we can still check the shipment content where is saying 1602 lbs). There are a lot of missing units, not just 10 units.

They still don't want to answer anymore on the case (Please note that any further correspondence regarding this matter may not receive a reply. Thank you for your understanding.) and I don't have the option to escalate this urgent and serious issue.

@Michelle_Amazon@Glenn_Amazon @Topher_Amazon would you be so kind as to check this serious issue? I just need to know where is this 2490 lbs coming from and how to solve the situation.

Regarding this specific issue, unfortunately the final decision has been made. This has been escalated to the highest possible authority regarding missing shipments. There is no opportunity for further investigation and has been thoroughly reviewed by leadership. I know this can be a frustrating situation, but there are no other steps available.
