Urgent Help Needed for Bank Account Verification Issue for Deposit Methods

Hello Amazon Seller Support Team and fellow sellers,

I am reaching out here because I am extremely concerned about an ongoing bank account verification issue for deposit methods that has yet to be resolved. I've been trying to address this problem since October 25, but so far, I have only received vague responses without any clear solutions. Each reply directs me to general help resources, but none have been effective in resolving my specific issue.

The problem specifically involves adding a bank account from Payability, and each time I attempt to upload the required bank statement, an error message appears stating, "Bank account could not be verified". Despite meeting all the document requirements (account holder name, account number, recent statement within the past 180 days), the system does not complete the verification process.

This delay has placed my funds on hold, which is affecting my business operations. If anyone from Amazon Support is able to assist, I have a Case ID with all the necessary information available for review and follow-up.
