I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my inventory that has not been made available for sale, despite

completing both the virtual identity and supply chain verification processes over 9 days ago.

I was informed that after completing the verification process, my inventory would become available for sale. However, it has been over 9 days, and my products are still not listed as available for purchase. Thank you for providing the above information. Have you emailed the team referred to in the case above? If so, did you provide a list of all the ASINs currently in question?

The team that interview and passed you is that team. Are the ASIN's from the above case the same ASIN's that were under review originally, the ASIN's you had to provide invoices and supply chain information for? If so, it seems that team has missed a step in releasing those ASIN's.

Please send an email to them, include ALL the ASIN's, ALSO reference the performance notification they sent on Sep 10, 2024:

"Hello Seller,

We have reviewed the information you provided, and you have successfully completed virtual identity and supply chain verification.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this process."

Ask that team to allow you to relist the ASIN's and "UN-reserve" the inventory. It seems that is the team who started the review process and held the ASIN's, so that is the team that needs to fix this.

If this is not successful, let me know. PLEASE give them time to answer. There may be something more I can do internally.

This is where I would begin to verify what issues you may have within the inventory. There are different things you may see when looking at your Manage All Inventory view:

  • Out of Stock - if you are truly out of stock, send more items
  • Out of Stock - but show units in reserve - try updating the listing or send a feed file to update ALL your inventory. This may correct all of your inventory issues
  • Inactive - this usually requires a Fix listing issue - and you need to click on those words for specifics

If you have tried these steps, could you please provide an ASIN, or case ID? If you had trouble with a feed file, do you have an error message?

I have tried all the steps you mentioned but still, my issue is not resolved, my problem is that my inventory and funds have been placed on hold in accordance with section 3, and despite completing virtual identity and supply chain verification processes my inventory is not available for sale but my funds were released.

I had an internal team look into your inventory for me. These are the steps they provided:

  • Go to your inventory page - at the very top, just under the black Seller Central banner
  • Click on Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings (64).
  • To the right of each listing line - you will see a Restock or Fix button.

This is what your next steps should be: to restock, or Fix the listing.

That team also let me know your most recent payout was on September 10th, for a pretty good amount. To view that information:

  • Select the 3 menu lines - top left corner of Seller Central
  • Drag down to payments
  • Slide over to payments

If your total balance is, for example, a $1000.00 - but your funds available is $0.00 and your last payout was a month prior, you may need to reach out to Seller Support.

Try this information for Payments: Payments FAQ Getting paid

It really seams you are in pretty good shape and you successfully completed your supply chain process. You will need a good review of all the inventory. And a process to restock when necessary.

If, after reviewing all the FAQ's, you still believe there may be a problem, please provide the specific ASIN's to be researched.

you can find all the ASIN's that I have issues with within the following Case ID: 16033470191

Thank you for providing the above information. Have you emailed the team referred to in the case above? If so, did you provide a list of all the ASINs currently in question?

The team that interview and passed you is that team. Are the ASIN's from the above case the same ASIN's that were under review originally, the ASIN's you had to provide invoices and supply chain information for? If so, it seems that team has missed a step in releasing those ASIN's.

Please send an email to them, include ALL the ASIN's, ALSO reference the performance notification they sent on Sep 10, 2024:

"Hello Seller,

We have reviewed the information you provided, and you have successfully completed virtual identity and supply chain verification.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this process."

Ask that team to allow you to relist the ASIN's and "UN-reserve" the inventory. It seems that is the team who started the review process and held the ASIN's, so that is the team that needs to fix this.

If this is not successful, let me know. PLEASE give them time to answer. There may be something more I can do internally.
