FBM orders without FBM listings becoming huge problem - Amazon denies everything

Any idea how I can manage FBM orders coming through on FBA only listings? Amazon is not taking responsibility. They blamed everything but my kitchen sink and, after I proved to them that it's none of those, they ultimately just said "well.. There was an FBM listing when it was sold" which I know is 100% lies. They are saying I created an FBA listing... Then added FBM.... Then after it was sold, I deleted the FBM listing for some reason? They are just ridiculous.

But now, I'm stuck with these orders which I can not fulfill (there have been 6 of these in last 2 months). That's obviously not good. And since Amazon is unwilling to cancel the order without hurting my account health, I'm left with very few options, if any.

Any idea how I can handle this situation? I have a feeling these FBM orders are going to continue coming through with Amazon not taking any responsibility.

I’m getting same thing I never had fbm listings ever and this week I got 3 orders I cancelled 1 now I’m 100% cancel rate and have two more . This is something they do to check if you have extra inventory laying around?
