Why Amazon doesnt give a second chance to the new sellers?
Hello everyone,
I am a new seller on Amazon and I have violated some policies of Amazon and I got my account deactivated. After almost 2 months, just because I didn't have any other solution, I have decided to write here to find a solution if it is possible.
I have submitted at least 6-7 appeals till today and I have accepted that I did mistakes. In that submissions, I have mentioned my mistakes and wrote also plan of action and precautions which I took. But they replied me with the same e-mail for every time. You know, it starts like "We got your submission but it doesn't comply with our..."
But they think that I want to have my money that has been reserved by Amazon. Actually I don't even care about money because my Amazon account is really more important than money to me.
Does anyone have any solution for that or did anyone have the same problem and then got reactivated? How long does it take? Thank you everyone for reading and replying.

Only submit one. Amazon works like being placed on hold when using the telephone. Every new submission cancels out the previously ones and you start all over.

An appeal is only as good as how well it is written and must be in the Amazon standard 3-part format.

Post the deactivation notification you initially received from Amazon. No one here can offer much if the reason for the deactivation is unknown. Posting your appeal would also be helpful.
As SELLC states, this is a must or your appeal won't even be considered.
