UL4200A Testing Exemption for Toys with ASTM F963

We are having the same recurring issue with our testing exemption. We are submitting official documentation that our ASINS are exempt from UL4200A testing, but we keep getting re requested to submit testing. I have previously gotten the compliance team to accept my testing exemption, but they have requested documentation again even though my exemption paper work was accepted previously. Can you please take a look at my cases.

Thanks for posting regarding this issue. I've reviewed the details of your cases. Based on compliance requirements, you need to appeal your ASINs to demonstrate they are exempt. These appear to be different ASINs from your previous post. Although it was accepted previously, appealing ASINs is required and cannot be bypassed with this process.
I see case 15993233001 is open with the Compliance team. Please allow the team to review the request and get back to you with an update there. If you see that the case resolves and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.
