Product Cannot Be Added to Customers Cart
ASIN: B0DJN227NJ
When customers click Add to Cart on my listing they are met with an error that says "We're sorry. {Product}, cannot be purchased via the Shopping Cart. Click here to return to the product detail page and follow the instructions' to purchase this item.". Sometimes this message is not displayed and customers are brought to the "Your Amazon Cart is empty" page.
I have verified this issue on an incognito browser as well as on mobile, logged into an account that is not tied to our seller account at all. I am only attempting to add my own product to cart to test customer stated issues. I would not and have not ever purchased my own product.
In seller central the listing is shown as active and there are units available for purchase. The listing comes up fine when searched.
I have had a seller support ticket open for coming up on two months for this issue with most of that time has been waiting for the internal review team to get back to me. The two fixes the internal investigation team has recommended were to delete the ASIN, wait 24 hours, and relist with the same information and the other recommendation was that the product launch date was in the future. I deleted and relisted twice, once from the manage inventory page with the delete function built into the listing options as well as using feed files and neither of those stopped my issue. The product launch date was not set in the future, but I did change that date to ensure it was in the past and that did not work either. Once again my ticket is at the internal investigation team, 'Pending Amazon Action' and I have low confidence that they will get back to me with a correct resolution, so I turn to the Seller Forums to see if others have had similar issues to mine.
